Recipe For Garlic Mushrooms

·  60ml (1/4 cup) extra virgin olive oil

·  500g cup mushrooms, thinly sliced

·  3 garlic cloves, finely chopped

·  60ml (1/4 cup) dry sherry

·  1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

·  Pinch of dried chilli flakes

·  1 tablespoon chopped fresh continental parsley

 

1. Step 1

2. Heat a large frying pan over high heat. Add the oil and swirl to coat. Add the mushroom and garlic, and cook, stirring often, for 2 minutes.

3. Step 2

4. Reduce heat to medium. Add the sherry, lemon juice and chilli. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Cook for 2 minutes or until the mushrooms are soft.

7.Stir in the parsley. Divide among serving dishes to serve

Out on the mountain slopes, the fresh air, the warm sun, the challenge, or an epic ski fail. Do you want fame? Success? Infamy? Then you want to be an epic failure at skiing. There are three simple ways to find yourself a YouTube sensation.




If you want to fail at skiing, why don't you do an epic ski fail like go over a jump then face first and roll down the hill?




Or if you are at the top of the pointiest mountain and you decide to go both ways in other words the splits  'OH OUCH'.




Maybe if you want to impress the ladies, why don't you do a backflip off a jump but try not to brake a bone?

Why Dinosaurs Are Extinct?

Millions of years ago the earth had many large creatures roaming it, they were called dinosaurs. There are none left today, why not we ask?

There are many theories as to why dinosaurs are extinct, these are three common ones.

Firstly a red fiery meteor hit the earth. The meteor made a lot of dust and fire. The dinosaurs got injured or were burnt.

Secondly there was no food for the plant eaters to eat because the fire burnt all the plants. They starved to death, leaving less dinosaurs for the meat eaters to eat.

Lastly there was no water because the lakes and ponds were filled with dust and dirt from the meteor.

There are no more dinosaurs left today and those were my three reasons why dinosaurs are extinct.

Hit The Lights!!!!

On Sunday at the Opera House, Rebekah and Lauren were in a show called Hit The Lights! Anna and I went to it and I thought it was really awesome. I saw Rebekah twice and Lauren once. I really liked their costume that they were wearing. Some were sparkly and some were very bright. The best one I liked was Shake Your Tail Feather! Rebekah was AWESOME YOU GUYS.

All the Mice go Clang!
And you just can't catch 'em what they do!
So it's Ning Nang Nong!
Cows go Bong!
